OTS3000-SOA Semiconductor Optical Amplifier
GLSUN OTS3000-SOA is a kind of function card in optical communication integrated platform. It applies O band 100GE high speed optical signal amplification to prolong its transmission distance when the optical signal is not enough to meet the transmission distance. Its maximal rate can be 160Gb/s to support one optical link and two optical link amplification, users can choose one optical input with one output amplification or two optical input with two output amplification.
